When aluminium is the efficient choice for custom signs
Aluminium is valuable because it is light, easy to fabricate and compatible with many painted finishes. It is not simply a cheaper substitute for stainless steel.

Low weight can improve the whole project

Powder coating allows broad colour selection and hides the base metal, making aluminium useful where brand colour matters more than natural-metal appearance.
Stiffness still needs engineering
A light metal can flex if the sheet is too thin for the span. Large panels may need folded returns, backing or frame support.
