Quote and project information

The quote workflow may collect contact information, company name, delivery country/postcode, product requirements, project notes and files such as logos, drawings, photographs or PDFs.

Uploaded project files

Artwork is stored in private object storage for quotation, design review, manufacturing preparation and quality-control purposes. The site architecture does not require uploaded customer files to be publicly accessible.

First-party traffic measurement

To understand which markets and pages generate useful enquiries, the site records a limited first-party page event containing the requested path, country code supplied by the edge network, referring domain and campaign parameters when present. The application does not store visitor IP addresses in this analytics table.

During a browser session, the site may use session storage to retain the first landing page and campaign parameters so that a later quote request can be attributed to the page that generated the enquiry. This session value is not designed as a cross-site advertising identifier.

Security and abuse prevention

The quote workflow may use Cloudflare security services, including rate limiting and a Turnstile challenge, to distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated abuse. Security verification is used for site protection rather than advertising profiling.

Operational use

Project information may be shared with selected manufacturing or logistics partners only to the extent reasonably required to prepare a quotation or fulfil an order. Trade and white-label information should be treated as confidential commercial information.

Retention and deletion

Retention periods and formal data-subject request procedures will be finalized before broad commercial launch as regional legal requirements are implemented. Unnecessary project files should be removed when they are no longer required for quotation, fulfilment or legitimate record keeping.
