Formal quotations and orders

A transaction becomes binding only through the applicable formal quotation, purchase order, sales contract or other written commercial document accepted by the relevant parties.

Technical responsibility

Material suggestions are based on the information supplied by the customer. Structural loads, building-code compliance, electrical compliance, installation engineering and site-specific approvals require separate confirmation where applicable.

Customer-supplied content

By uploading logos, drawings, photographs or other files, the submitting party represents that it has the right to use those materials for the requested quotation and manufacturing purpose.

Custom products

Dimensions, color, finish, typography, mounting and other critical requirements should be confirmed in the approved specification before production. Custom-made goods may be subject to different cancellation or return conditions than standard retail goods, as stated in the formal order terms.

Availability

Manufacturing capacity, material availability, freight routes, duties and delivery timing may change. Final commercial documents control over general website information.

Legal review

These terms are an operational website baseline. Jurisdiction-specific consumer, tax, product-safety and contracting terms should be reviewed before material direct-to-consumer volume is accepted in a new market.
