Mounting changes hole locations, rear construction, hardware, templates and packaging, so it belongs in the production specification rather than being left to the end.

The factory needs installation data early
Pre-drilled holes, welded studs, spacer lengths and templates can only be produced accurately if the mounting method is known before cutting and finishing.
Templates reduce local alignment work
Individual letters benefit from a 1:1 template or coordinate drawing so installers do not manually recreate logo spacing on the wall.
Mounting hardware is part of the delivered product
Missing nuts, spacers or anchor interfaces can delay an installation even when the metal parts are dimensionally correct. Hardware counts belong in QC.

- Approximate dimensions or a scale drawing
- Quantity and whether this is a one-off or repeat programme
- Indoor, normal outdoor, coastal, pool-side or other exposure
- Logo, artwork, PDF, photograph or reference drawing where available
- Delivery country and postcode so the landed route can be evaluated
