Production and delivery are quoted as one controlled order path.

When lead time begins

Production lead time normally begins after the required deposit or payment has been received and all production-critical specifications, artwork or proofs have been approved. Changes requested after approval can affect the schedule.

Shipping methods

Depending on size, value, destination and urgency, orders may move by courier, air freight or ocean freight. We select or quote the transport route appropriate to the order rather than applying one method to every product.

DDP and import charges

Where DDP is expressly quoted, the quotation identifies the included delivered scope. Where another Incoterm or delivery basis is agreed, the buyer is responsible for the duties, taxes, import formalities or local charges allocated to it under that agreement.

Tracking and dispatch evidence

Where the carrier provides tracking or shipment references, they are shared after dispatch. Larger freight movements may use shipping documents rather than parcel-style tracking.

Address changes

Tell us about an address change before dispatch. Once a shipment has entered the carrier network, rerouting may not be possible and any resulting carrier cost may be charged to the party requesting the change.

Delivery delays

Quoted delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customs inspection, weather, carrier disruption, public holidays, remote-area routing and other events outside reasonable control can affect transit time. We will use available carrier information to support resolution.

Damage or delivery problems

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged or materially incomplete, preserve the packaging and contact trading@zeruienergy.com promptly with the order reference and photographs so the carrier and product issue can be assessed.
